英語版の Windows Server 2008 R2 を日本語化する手順です。

■ Windows Server 2008 R2 複数言語ユーザー インターフェイス言語パックの適用
Microsoft Download Centerのこちらのサイトより Windows6.1-KB974587-x64-ja-jp.exe をダウンロード。

■ Windows6.1-KB974587-x64-ja-jp.exe を実行
Windows Server 2008 R2 サーバ上の適当な場所で実行する。

■ display langage を変更
Start ⇒ Control Panel

change display langage をクリック。

OKボタンをクリックすると再起動が促される。
再起動後は日本語環境になっている。
